This is a wonderful belt buckle c1880. It consists of a heavy frame of silver set with sparkling paste stones. All bright and lively. The prongs and guard seem to be copper.There is no hallmark but may be what looks like a French punch mark to one end It has been tested and confirmed silver. It comes in what may be its original box. Measures 7cm/2.8in high and 5cm/2in wide. It weighs a good 34.6g
